El presidente Trump declaró vía twitter que este miércoles dará un comunicado con respecto al ataque de Irán con misiles hacía una base estadounidense en Irak, el hecho hizo elevar las alarmas ante un inminente enfrentamiento entre ambas naciones.
Este martes el régimen de Irán atacó con al menos unos 10 misiles una base de Estados Unidos en territorio iraquí, donde no se reportan víctimas del ataque.
Irán de esta manera responde al ataque estadounidense que acabo con la vida del general iraní Qasem Soleimani, el pasado viernes, cerca del aeropuerto de Bagdad en Irak.
Se esperaba que el presidente Trump diera un mensaje a la nación este martes por la noche, sin embargo una reportera de la Casa Blanca para el New York Times, confirmo que el presidente no hablaría esta misma noche.
El presidente de Estados Unidos anunció en su cuenta de twitter que se brindará un comunicado la mañana de este miércoles con respecto al ataque de Irán. Por otro lado el gobierno de Irán anunció que era ya no continuaría con ataques a objetivos estadounidenses.
