Su nombre es observatorio ciudadano para coronavirus en Nicaragua y es una Red subterránea de expertos médicos y voluntarios que están llevando un conteo paralelo y real sobre los casos existentes de coronavirus en el país.
La creación del Observatorio Ciudadano se da debido a la poca credibilidad que tienen los informes del Ministerio de Salud pro gobierno que se encarga de dar datos no reales sobre la situación de la pandemia en Nicaragua.
Los informes brindados oficialmente por el Minsa evitan tocar más a fondo temas con respecto a la situación de la pandemia, como las pruebas que se han realizado, el total de fallecido, el total de recuperados, los casos confirmados, entre otros.
El pueblo nicaragüense no ve creíbles los informes brindados oficialmente por el gobierno sandinista de Daniel Ortega, por tal razón el observatorio ciudadano brinda informes obtenidos de reportes de los diferentes médicos que se encuentran internados en los hospitales a lo largo y ancho del país.
Estos médicos son parte del personal sanitario que no está de acuerdo con la gestión del gobierno sandinista frente a la pandemia y han hecho un llamado también a que se brinden los datos reales de manera oficial.
