Una protesta express realizaron al menos siete estudiantes que iniciaron a protestar con mantas, pancartas y tirando morteros al aire en forma de manifestación en contra del régimen sandinista Daniel Ortega.
Los estudiantes gritaron exigiendo democracia, libertad para todos los presos políticos y justicia para todas las las víctimas de la represión dirigida por la dictadura sandinista.
Se calcula que en las cárceles del orteguismo hay al menos 120 ciudadanos que son presos políticos del régimen, los cuales fueron capturados durante se manifestaban en contra de la dictadura.
El sonido fuerte de los morteros tirados al aire por los estudiantes manifestantes causó que la policía desplegará varias camionetas alrededor del recinto de la Universidad Centroamericana en Managua.
Esta es la primera manifestación de este año en la que se han ocupado morteros y lanza morteros como forma de protesta, luego de que fuera usado con frecuencia en las manifestaciones, barricadas y tranques de 2018.
