El hijo del dictador Daniel Ortega, Laureano Ortega se ha acercado a Washington para negociar el fin de las sanciones de Estados Unidos en contra de su familia, según lo reveló recientemente el medio internacional The New York Times.
En primera instancia el hijo del dictador ofreció la liberación de los presos políticos a cambio de rebajar las sanciones de Estados Unidos en contra de la familia dictatorial y algunos miembros de la cúpula del gobierno sandinista. Por lo cual Estados Unidos acepto iniciar negociaciones y envio un diplomático a Managua, sin embargo no gusto al régimen el hecho que solo se aliviarían ciertas sanciones y no todas.
Ahora el medio internacional reporta que Laureano Ortega ha ofrecido la lista completa de todos los paramilitares que participaron en la represión de las protestas pacifícas de 2018, en la denominada operación limpieza, a cambio del levantamiento total de todas las sanciones económicas.
De este acercamiento hacía Estados Unidos por parte del régimen sandinista, hablo el ex embajador Arturo McFields, ya que según él este inicio en el mes de febrero.
