Mientras que el quesillo es degustado mayormente en los municipios de La Paz Centro y Nagarote, ambos del departamento de León, y este es elaborado con tortilla, queso quesillo, crema y ensalada, los cuales resultan ser ingredientes sencillos pero le aportan un delicioso sabor a esta platillo nicaragüense.
