Maritza es conocida popularmente por compartir videos en vivo por la red social Facebook, y apoyar a la policía sandinista durante la denominada Operación Limpieza.

Castillo fue deportada y se encuentra en la capital, Managua, así lo dejo ver en una publicación de su cuenta de Facebook.
El gobierno de Trump ha sido uno de los que mas ha condenado el actuar del gobierno sandinista, al momento de reprimir a manifestantes pacíficos.
