El presidente Trump ha confirmado vía Twitter que ha dado positivo a coronavirus, al igual que su esposa, la primera dama Melania Trump.
«Esta noche la Primera Dama y yo hemos dado positivo a una prueba de Covid-19. Nosotros empezaremos inmediatamente nuestra cuarentena y proceso de recuperación juntos», aseguró el presidente de los Estados Unidos en su cuenta oficial de Twitter.

El presidente Trump de 74 años de edad, decidió realizarse el test de la Covid19 luego que Hope Hicks diera positivo a coronavirus, Hope es una de las asesoras presidenciales más cercanas.
Hicks de 31 años de edad habría viajado con el mandatario norteamericano en el Air Force One cuando este voló a Cleveland, en el estado de Ohio, para participar en el debate electoral.
El presidente habría informado un par de horas antes de dar positivo a coronavirus, que tanto él y su esposa habrían procedido a aplicarse una prueba, tras el positivo de su asesora.
Trump anunció que mientras él y Melania Trump esperaban el resultado de la prueba, habían procedido a ponerse en autocuarentena.
Hicks es una de los miembros principales de la administración Trump, y tanto ella como el presidente no acostumbran llevar mascarilla en sus apariciones frente al público.
