El médico personal del dictador Daniel Ortega, el doctor Richard Sáenz Coen ha filtrado información sobre el delicado estado de salud del dirigente sandinista, asegurando que fue diagnosticado con Insuficiencia Renal Terminal.

La filtración lo ha hecho en su cuenta social en la red X, antes conocida popularmente como Twitter.
Los usuarios en la red social han comentado sobre la apariencia del dictador en las últimas apariciones públicas en donde se le notaba muy delgado y con piel pálida.
La cúpula en el poder ha organizado una reunión de emergencia para activar protocolo en caso de que Ortega muera, según el periodista Emiliano Chamorro vía X, anteriormente Twitter.
Según Emiliano Chamorro el aniversario del natalicio del General Sandino ha sido suspendido debido a los problemas graves de salud del dictador Daniel Ortega.
«Una fuente cercana a la familia Ortega Murillo me ha confirmado que Ortega esta muy mal y que la orden de Murillo es reprimir a la población para aterrorizar y quedarse en el poder, vienen días de una mayor represión», aseguró el periodista Chamorro.
